Partner Company in Poland seeks a Devices & IoT Field Engineering Manager to lead a regional team of Field Engineers, supporting presales, solution architecture, and professional services.

You will combine hands-on Linux/embedded expertise with people leadership, customer engagement, and strategic thinking to deliver secure, durable edge solutions across a globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS or related technical field.
• Strong embedded Linux experience with Yocto.
• Proven leadership of small teams.
• Experience working with customers in technical roles.
• Ability to translate tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Field Engineers.
• Drive presales, solution architecture, and professional services.
• Set objectives and track progress against goals.
