Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing and creative production.
• Strong understanding of ad creative principles and messaging.
• Ability to measure success using CTR, CPA, ROAS and view rate.
• Experience identifying customer pain points using ICP frameworks.
• Fast, data-driven decision making with rapid iteration.
