Job summary

Viktor is seeking a senior visual designer to own the production layer of our brand across ads, decks, events and product visuals. You’ll ship high-volume creative daily, iterate quickly, and maintain a fearless pace that keeps the brand tight and consistent.

The role is embedded with Growth, collaborating on performance campaigns, social content and live events. AI fluency, motion skills, and mastery of Figma and Adobe are a must; Warsaw-based with some remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of visual design experience across agencies, studios, or in-house teams.
• Strong ability to produce high-volume ads and brand assets.
• AI fluency across ideation, generation, automation.

Responsibilities

• Ads: produce high-volume static and motion ad creative.
• Brand execution: extend the visual system within the brand book.
• Campaigns & social: briefs and quick turnarounds.
• Decks & templates: create sales decks and reusable templates.
• Events: booths, signage, swag, on-site visuals.
• Product visuals: redraw product screens for marketing.
