Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Polska is hiring for a Senior Finance & Accounting role focused on leading global Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) transformations from a Shared Service Center in Wrocław. The role drives process improvements across Credit, Billing, Cash Application, Collections and Dispute Management, and collaborates with IT and local finance teams.

The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting background, extensive SSC/BPO experience, strong IFRS knowledge and SAP FSCM expertise, plus fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience within Finance & Accounting functions.
• At least 5 years of experience in an SSC and/or BPO environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including IFRS.
• Solid knowledge of Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) processes: Credit Management, Billing, Cash Application, Collections, Dispute Management.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI.
• Knowledge of SAP SD will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP FSCM modules will be an asset.
• Experience as a Team Leader or Business Process Analyst is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Leading and contributing to global Invoice-to-Cash transformation initiatives as part of the GBS Evolution program.
• Driving process improvements across Credit Management, Billing, Cash Application, Collections and Dispute Management.
• Designing future-state processes and changes to operating models and enabling technologies.
• Supporting SAP FSCM implementation, automation solutions and digital tools across SSCs and local entities.
• Conducting fit-gap analyses to align with global standards and define improvements.
• Collaborating with GBS Process Managers, Transformation Managers, IT teams and SSCs.
• Acting as liaison between GBS, Corporate Finance, IT and local finance teams.
• Developing and enhancing KPI frameworks and process reporting.
• Facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements and driving stakeholder alignment.
• Identifying opportunities for automation, standardization and efficiency improvements.
• Supporting change management activities and successful adoption of transformations.
