CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Poland is seeking a Finance professional to support accounting and reporting across multiple EMEA countries. The role offers exposure to international teams and critical financial processes within a multinational environment.

You will perform month-end close, create journals, analyze reports, and support budgeting and forecasts. Fluent English is required; Polish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting or FP&A.
• Experience with GL, month-end close, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Support finance manager with high-quality reporting for client and leadership.
• Assist month-end close: accruals, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Post journal entries and maintain ERP data integrity.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources for insightful reports.
• Prepare reporting packages and respond to management queries.
• Support scenario planning and performance trend analysis.
