Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service histopathology equipment across North Europe from Poland. The role involves on-site installation, preventive maintenance, fault analysis, and remote support where applicable.

You will travel up to 80% of the time, require a strong mechanical/electrical background, and communicate fluently in Polish and English while using Salesforce for service documentation.

Qualifications

• Educated/experienced in mechanical, electrical or biomedical field relevant to the role.
• Ability to perform mechanical disassembly and learn complex devices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as SFDC/Field Service.
• Fluent in Polish (speaking and writing) and competent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site installation and maintenance of Histopathology equipment.
• Deliver accurate reporting and submit service documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Field Support Team to provide top-tier after-sales service.
