A global technology firm located in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Test Engineer to support field validation and interoperability for mobile communication technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related fields and experience in telecom field testing. Responsibilities include protocol testing, test planning, and on-site troubleshooting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in telecom field testing, mobile networks or terminal validation.
• Understanding of 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support communication protocol testing for mobile terminals across various technologies.
• Prepare test plans and execute field testing activities.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Compile structured test reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with infrastructure vendors regarding interoperability topics.
• Support issue triage with R&D and system teams.
• Provide on-site operational support when required.
