RFMW, now part of Exponential Technology Group, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager/Field Sales Engineer/Field Sales Representative for Poland. The role requires travel across the territory and building key customer relationships.

You will drive growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new opportunities, collaborating with a skilled technical sales team, and partnering with suppliers to promote RF, microwave components.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business or related field; RF/microwave sales experience considered.
• Willing to travel within the territory; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• English language skills sufficient to operate systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive client growth by expanding accounts and securing new opportunities.
• Work with RFMW’s technical sales team, suppliers and support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Partner with suppliers and sales channels to strengthen RFMW’s market position as a leading technical solutions provider.
• Consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining margins and customer satisfaction.
