Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join our European team. The role can be fully remote from Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania or Hungary and involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating site contracts and related documents.

You will work closely with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure contracts align with study timelines, manage contract metrics, and support policy design for timely execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site CTAs, vendor contracts and site budgets.
• Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
• Experience in CRO/healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate site contracts, master services agreements, vendor and confidentiality agreements.
• Track and manage contract negotiations and execution with study teams and sponsors.
• Maintain contract files and databases and ensure compliance with contracting standards.
• Design and implement policies to improve timely contract execution and resolution of issues.
• Provide regular updates on contract status and metrics to stakeholders.
