Job summary

Kimball Electronics in Europe seeks a remote Business Development Manager to identify prospective OEM customers in Medical, Industrial and Automotive sectors and build long-term relationships. The role reports to the VP of New Business Development and focuses on expanding KE’s presence across Europe with global EMS needs.

You will work independently, travel in Europe, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while communicating KE's value proposition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Industrial/Medical/Automotive EMS markets.
• EMS business development or sales experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and remotely from KE facilities.
• European remote position with preference for Poland, Romania, Ireland or Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective OEM customers and qualify fit to KE strategy.
• Develop long-term relationships with new customers across Medical, Industrial and Automotive sectors.
• Land new customers through effective marketing and direct outreach.
• Travel within Europe and occasional USA/Asia as needed.
