Job summary

Veeva Systems Poland is launching an Associate Consultant Development Program to transform early-career professionals into high-impact consultants. You will work remotely in Poland, collaborating with internal teams and customers to tailor cloud and AI solutions for life sciences clients.

Start dates are October 2026 and April 2027, with clear onboarding, hands-on learning, and rapid responsibility. You will advance toward Consultant in under two years, building technical expertise and leading

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree (max 2 years postgrad)
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Tailoring the software: configure the platform to fit customer needs, turning on features, organizing information, and adapting to business processes.
• Testing & problem solving: help test new features with customers before release to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Managing the deliverables: own customer requests, estimate timelines, and keep projects on track from start to finish.
• Becoming a trusted advisor: advise customers on how to maximize value from our technology over time.
