Job summary

Elsevier in Poland (home based) is seeking an Employee Relations Analyst to partner with HR Business Partners, leaders and employees across the region. You will manage workplace investigations, support performance management, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and document outcomes.

You will also contribute to Employee Relations projects, drive continuous improvement, and deliver training to managers on employee relations issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage employee relations issues such as complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights concerns.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
• Develop and implement policies that promote a positive work environment.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the legal department on employment law issues.
• Provide training and workshops on employee relations topics.
• Assess morale through surveys and interviews.
• Assist in HR policy development and implementation.
