Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
• CPP certification and 7-9 years of payroll experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills; change management experience.
• Experience with EMEA payroll regulations, tax and labor laws.
• Strong vendor management and payroll systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to deliver payroll-related reports and insights.
