Job summary

NEXGEN Asset Management is seeking a remote Implementation Consultant to lead the functional workstream on EAM deployments. You will run discovery workshops, document requirements, configure modules, and support data preparation and UAT with client teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on implementation experience with enterprise systems, strong communication, and a client‑facing mindset. You’ll collaborate with project managers and senior consultants to deliver practical configurations

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with client groups; document, validate, and maintain traceability of functional requirements across modules.
• Author user requirement memoranda and functional documentation capturing validated requirements and decisions.
• Configure platform modules, including asset hierarchies, work order management, PM schedules, and inspection forms.
• Support business process analysis by documenting current and future-state processes; assist with Visio workflow diagrams.
• Guide data migration activities; review data for errors and coordinate client feedback.
• Facilitate UAT sessions; own the issue log through triage, resolution, retesting, and closure.
• Support training readiness with Education team.
• Provide go-live support; triage and resolve post-go-live issues.
• Maintain professional engagement documentation across engagements.
