Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Industry X team, focusing on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. You will design and implement EAM strategies across SAP, IBM Maximo and other platforms to drive asset performance and reliability for global clients.

The role combines project leadership with hands-on solutioning, data governance, and collaboration with diverse teams. Occasional travel to client sites across Europe is expected, with flexible remote work

Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions such as SAP PM/EAM/MM, IBM Maximo, HxGN (Infor) EAM, IFS EAM.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate them into optimal EAM solutions.
• Lead EAM platform solutioning, implementation and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ERP integration.
• Manage Master Data and Governance for assets maintenance operations, MRO supply chain, QA and warehouse management.
• Develop and implement Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions to optimize asset life cycle.
