Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced ERP professional to join an international IT team responsible for Microsoft Dynamics ERP support, maintenance, and continuous development. You will work on day-to-day ERP support while contributing to a large-scale transformation project across multiple locations.

You will engage with business stakeholders and IT teams, perform upgrades, testing, and change management, and help transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central or Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or business-critical enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Commercial Operations.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and improvements.
• Participate in ERP upgrades, deployments, testing, and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and ensure the stability and performance of business-critical ERP systems.
• Contribute to ongoing ERP modernization initiatives and process improvements.
• Assist in the transition from legacy ERP solutions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS.
