Job summary

Qualifications

We are looking for MS Dynamics 365 CE Administrator to join a growing technology team and take ownership of the administration, support and continuous improvement of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical knowledge of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem who can work across system administration, configuration, troubleshooting and integration, while partnering with business stakeholders to improve the platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administration and support of Dynamics 365 CE, including incidents, defects, configuration changes and enhancement requests.
• Administer users, security roles, permissions and access across the platform.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 applications to support evolving business requirements.
• Monitor platform performance, investigate technical issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support system upgrades, releases, integrations and ongoing platform maintenance.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and optimise business processes and workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to user enablement and training.
• Ensure data quality, platform security and compliance with internal policies.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally including implementation, migration and ongoing development projects.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights and Field Service.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft 365 would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
