Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an ERP Application Owner to lead and own the company's ERP landscape across multiple countries. You will coordinate changes, upgrades, and support for users spanning Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production and Sales.

You will work with external vendors, drive process improvements, and help deliver future ERP initiatives including a migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Fluent English required and a proactive, hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ERP applications.
• Strong understanding of business processes, especially Finance.
• Experience supporting ERP users and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Good SQL knowledge and data analysis skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; ownership mindset.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner of the company's ERP systems, including Exact and Priority.
• Coordinate ERP-related changes, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Support users across Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Sales.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Work with Finance stakeholders to support reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with external ERP vendors and service providers.
• Support integrations, reporting initiatives, and data quality activities.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues to ensure business continuity.
• Deliver user training and promote best practices.
• Contribute to future ERP initiatives including migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
