Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a skilled R2R Finance Transformation Manager to drive MS Dynamics 365 projects and end-to-end Record-to-Report transformations for finance functions. You will apply best practices, support proposals, and lead cross-functional collaboration with analysts, project managers and technical teams.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and English proficiency, with 3+ years in finance transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end R2R processes.
• Proven experience with MS Dynamics 365 implementations, incl. design or hands-on user work.
• Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support R2R process transformations in line with best practices.
• Apply MS Dynamics 365 knowledge to optimize finance processes and oversee tests.
• Contribute to client proposals and RFP responses to showcase EY capabilities.
• Present clearly to clients, identify and mitigate risks with stakeholders.
