Job summary

Offshore Launch is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to optimize technician routing and scheduling for home-service clients in a remote, people-centered environment. You will triage calls, assign technicians, monitor GPS for real-time routing, and provide accurate ETAs to customers to ensure smooth operations.

With 2+ years of dispatching experience and familiarity with HouseCall Pro or similar platforms, you will thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

2+ years of dispatching experience in home services or similar trades.
Working knowledge of HouseCall Pro or comparable FSM/scheduling platform.
Comfortable managing high call and message volume with rapid re-prioritization.

Responsibilities

Build and manage daily technician schedules and routing in House Call Pro or equivalent.
Triage and assign incoming service calls by urgency, skill match, and location.
Monitor technician GPS/status in real time and adjust routing for delays or call-outs.
Communicate accurate ETAs to customers and proactively update schedule changes.
Handle same-day schedule conflicts and emergency/overflow dispatch.
Maintain up-to-date job board and hand off complete job details to technicians.
Escalate recurring scheduling bottlenecks to the PM/Office Manager.
