Job summary

Siemens Software Tessent team in Poznań is seeking a highly motivated engineer with a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering to strengthen our software and hardware R&D efforts. You will work with an international team to advance 3D/2.5D manufacturing test concepts and expand AI/ML enabled testing capabilities.

The role emphasizes leading projects, collaborating across QA, support, documentation and product marketing, and applying VLSI and EDA expertise to innovative ASIC/VLSI testing

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering required.
• Course work and project experience with VLSI design, HDL Synthesis, VLSI testing and DFT.
• Strong background in 3D IC test and interconnect test/repair.
• Experience with EDA tools and scripting for automation (C/C++, TCL, Python).
• Good command of English; written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects adding new functionality to Tessent-based products.
• Collaborate with an international team including QA, support and marketing.
• Translate requirements into software/hardware tests and validation plans.
