Job summary

Trustbridge Engineering, a Vulcury LLC division, offers a remote 12-week paid internship for a DFM Engineer Intern. You will work with the Head Engineer on live client projects and learn manufacturing feasibility, process selection, tolerances, and cost-driven design trade-offs.

This role provides mentorship, exposure to ANSYS and various manufacturing processes, and a potential full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Solid understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
• Good communication in English for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design-for-manufacturing concepts applied to real client projects.
• Assist on tolerance analysis, material selection, and cost trade-offs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and U.S.-based teams remotely.
