Job summary

Danfoss Grodzisk Mazowiecki is seeking a Design Engineering Trainee who is pursuing an engineering degree to gain hands-on experience. You’ll work with a team to transform ideas from 3D models and drawings into real components.

You’ll learn CAD techniques, product development processes and testing methods, while contributing to ongoing projects in a collaborative, on-site setting in Poland.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Mechanical Engineering or similar technical field.
• Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software such as Inventor.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Enjoys collaborating with others and staying organized while handling tasks.
• Available to work at least 3 days per week with a potential hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Create and update 3D models and technical drawings using CAD with guidance from engineers.
• Support preparation of design documentation, specifications and drawings.
• Participate in basic engineering analyses and feasibility checks.
• Assist testing and evaluation of components and systems.
• Collaborate with engineers on real development projects and maintain up-to-date documentation.
