Job summary

MagentaTeam is seeking a driven AI solutions engineer for T Hub, Deutsche Telekom’s innovative AI initiative. You will develop and operate complex AI solutions, including chatbots and LLM-based applications, in a remote‑first environment with quarterly in‑person presence in Warsaw.

You will work with Kubernetes, Ansible and Docker on prem and in cloud, collaborate with international teams, and use MS Teams daily.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or similar.
Experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker.
Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, ArgoCD), monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Langsmith), GitOps.
Software engineering background (Python, Java or similar).
Experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., Azure).
High independence, strong communication skills.
English at C1 level.

Responsibilities

Develop and operate complex AI solutions (chatbots, service bots, LLM-based applications)
Build on‑premise and cloud RAG solutions using Kubernetes, Ansible and Docker
Collaborate with international teams, mainly working remotely
Use tools like MS Teams for daily communication
Contribute to ongoing projects in AI and automation areas
