Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Field Application Engineer for AI/ML to join our team. This remote role is based in Gdansk, Poland, and collaborates with sales and enterprise customers to drive adoption of our AI products.

You will bring deep technical AI knowledge, translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and support customers in meetings, workshops, and product feedback to help shape future releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise field engineering or similar.
• Proven ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI frameworks and hardware accelerators.
• Experience with embedded systems or FPGA architectures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and enterprise customers to drive adoption of Tenstorrent products and solutions.
• Explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
• Work directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Provide feedback from customers to product teams to influence future enhancements.
