Job summary

T-Hub Polska in Warsaw is seeking an AI Strategy Expert to drive AI strategy and transformation initiatives across the organization. You will shape operating models, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and partner with vendors to manage contracts, milestones, dependencies and risks.

You will enable AI adoption, develop ROI frameworks, and supervise governance around licensing and platform usage, while organizing workshops and knowledge-sharing events for technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field and a strong interest in AI and emerging tech.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluent English and ability to engage with international teams.
