Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks a Design System/UX Engineer to join our team in a fully remote role. You will own the design system in code, building the Agent UI shell, control UI, and per-module panels, while shipping live voice, desktop, and AI event streams in real time.

You’ll work in a startup-like environment with 1-week sprints, frequent demos, and a bias for rapid delivery. Strong frontend engineering and a passion for scalable design systems are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design with real front-end engineering.
• Ship React + TypeScript in production.
• Experience with real-time UI and dense live data.

Responsibilities

• Own the design system in code and the UX components.
• Ship UI in code rather than hand-offs; ensure live data renders correctly.
• Work in a startup-like velocity: short sprints and iterative delivery.
