Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer (React + Chrome Extension) for a full-time, fully remote opportunity. You will build the Agent UI shell, Chrome extension, and per-module panels, delivering real-time UI over streaming data in a fast-paced environment.

You are a self-starter with 7+ years of frontend experience, expert React+TypeScript, and Chrome Extension know-how. You will work with MV3, WebSocket-driven UI, and a design system in code to ship with velocity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years frontend development experience.
• Expertise with React and TypeScript in production.
• Strong understanding of browser technologies (canvas/SVG/WebGL).
• Experience with Chrome Extensions (Manifest V3).
• Ability to ship real-time UI on streaming data.

Responsibilities

• Build the Agent UI shell, the Chrome extension, the slide-out / pill workspace, the Control UI, and per-module panels.
• Deliver real-time UI over live voice, desktop, and AI event streams in a startup-like cadence.
• Own React app + Chrome extension architecture, module loading, and state synchronization.
• Implement performance profiling, accessibility, and automated end-to-end tests.
