MBA Consult US LLC is seeking a Debt Collector Specialist to recover outstanding balances while maintaining strong client relationships. The role operates on a Wednesday–Sunday schedule, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM ET, with fully remote work and a focus on compliant collections.

Ideal candidates bring debt collection or AR experience, excellent communication, and familiarity with collection software and CRMs. A secondary schedule may appeal to those seeking weekday mornings free.

Qualifications

Experience in debt collection or accounts receivable.
Strong understanding of FDCPA regulations and debt collection rules.
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Contact debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect balances.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements per policy and law.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activity and debtor communications.
Review delinquent accounts to prioritize collection efforts.
Ensure compliance with FDCPA and related laws.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes.
Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and metrics.
