Job summary

AgileEngine, a dynamic software company, seeks a data-focused professional in Wroclaw to manage product data across core systems and ensure accuracy for launches. You will upload data into the PIM, resolve gaps with stakeholders, and support business teams with data usage issues.

Requirements include 3+ years in data management, experience with PIM tools (inRiver, Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo), strong Excel skills, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Ability to use multiple tools for data stewardship.
• Experience with PIM tools (inRiver or Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo).
• Experience with PIM data syndication for retailers or marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate.
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data usage issues.
• Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines.
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
• Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.
