N-iX is seeking a Middle Data Analytics Engineer in Poland to build production-grade data pipelines powering large-scale curated datasets for AI labs. You will collaborate with BD, data science, and engineering teams to deliver scalable DBT/Snowflake-based solutions and improve data curation workflows.

The role emphasizes strong SQL optimization, collaboration, and hands-on development across data models, QA, and operational enhancements. Flexible format includes remote or office options.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics/data engineering.
• Strong SQL with query optimization; Snowflake experience.
• DBT experience preferred.
• Great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BD, data science, and engineering to translate customer requirements into data workflows.
• Map requirements to metadata and apply data modelling for reusability and scalability.
• Build DBT models capable of querying up to 1B rows efficiently.
• Refine DBT models based on visual QA for dataset accuracy at scale.
• Propose and implement automated solutions to streamline data curation.
• Serve as engineering contact with BD to ensure timelines and clear technical requirements across the workflow.
• Assist expansion of data curation workflow to accommodate data science approaches and rigorous testing.
