N-iX is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to join the team and own end-to-end data solutions for analytics. The role focuses on maintaining and extending analytics pipelines, data models, and datasets, working closely with analysts and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable data solutions.

You will operate in a dynamic environment with strong ownership, translating business needs into production-ready data workflows and models on AWS, while using AI-assisted tooling to review generated

Qualifications

• Hands-on data engineering experience building and operating production data pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling for analytics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing data pipelines and build new ones.
• Design and maintain analytical data models (fact and dimension tables).
• Ingest and integrate data into the AWS Data Lake from multiple sources.
• Build, deploy, validate, monitor, and backfill data pipelines as needed.
• Partner with analysts to understand requirements and provide reliable datasets.
• Clarify requirements with business stakeholders and avoid ambiguous requests.
