Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, scale, and maintain high-performance ingestion, CDC, and delivery pipelines on GCP. You will architect enterprise-grade data platforms processing large-scale metadata, feature extraction, and licensing asset datasets.

You will leverage GCP with Snowflake and ClickHouse, implement dbt Core and Airflow pipelines, and build robust delta-tracking and data quality controls across the data lake for AI/ML workloads.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production experience with core GCP data technologies (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, GKE, and Cloud Storage).
• Deep proficiency with Snowflake and ClickHouse for analytics and streaming workloads.
• Experience architecting CDC pipelines and incremental delta loading for large-scale datasets.
• Hands-on mastery of dbt Core/Cloud and Apache Airflow in an enterprise CI/CD setting.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ingestion architectures and GCP-based pipelines.
• Implement serverless and containerized data pipelines on GCP infrastructure.
• Design and maintain CDC and incremental processing workflows.
• Build dbt transformation models and Airflow orchestrations following data vault/dimensional modeling patterns.
• Implement delta-tracking methods and real-time delta updates.
• Maintain Snowflake integration layers, deduplication, and policy-based data filtering.
• Deploy and manage ClickHouse for high-concurrency analytics and indexing.
• Create integration views and API layers for internal/external clients.
