Job summary

Sales Representative with Slovak is offered in Poland, working entirely from home. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

You will train to become a subject matter expert across voice, chat or email interactions, reporting to the Sales Director within a dynamic, family-friendly environment at TTEC.

Qualifications

• Ideally, a proven track record of sales success, preferably in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques
• Adopt a well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process and appointment setting
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth
• Proficiency in Slovak (C1 minimum level) and communicative English (B1 minimum level)

Responsibilities

• Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships and ensuring retention
• Getting through to the decision maker by utilizing Influencers and Users to help close the business
• Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers
• To respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience
• Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel
