Job summary

EY Poland’s Cybersecurity team is seeking a Vulnerability Management professional to drive VM programs across IT and OT, coordinating remediation with IT, Cloud, OT and application teams. You’ll lead workshops, define processes and develop dashboards for stakeholders, while translating technical findings into actionable business guidance.

With 3+ years in cybersecurity and hands-on VM experience, you will communicate effectively in English on international projects and help improve risk posture

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on Vulnerability Management experience.
• Understanding of the vulnerability lifecycle: identification, validation, prioritization, remediation.
• Experience with at least one VM/Exposure Management platform (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, ServiceNow).
• Ability to lead client conversations, workshops and presentations in English.
• High level of independence, strong organizational skills and delivery ownership.
• Excellent English for international project work.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform vulnerability and risk analyses and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Coordinate remediation activities with IT, Cloud, OT, application teams and business owners.
• Design, develop and optimize Vulnerability Management processes, including prioritization, SLAs, escalations and reporting.
• Lead client workshops, gather requirements and prepare process, operational and management documentation.
• Build reports, dashboards and metrics for technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Configure and enhance Vulnerability Management platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, CrowdStrike and ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, including integrations.
• Monitor threats, zero-day vulnerabilities and emerging trends; coordinate response activities.
• Lead selected project workstreams, plan activities and mentor less experienced team members.
