Job summary

EY Poland is seeking a Vulnerability Management specialist to join its Cybersecurity team. You will lead VM initiatives across IT and OT, perform risk analyses, coordinate remediation, and develop streamlined processes.

You will work closely with IT, cloud, OT, and business stakeholders to drive improvements in complex environments. The role involves designing VM workflows, building dashboards, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on Vulnerability Management experience.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
• Experience leading client conversations and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform vulnerability and risk analyses and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Coordinate remediation activities across IT, Cloud, OT, app teams and business owners.
• Design, develop and optimize Vulnerability Management processes incl. prioritization, SLAs and reporting.
• Lead client workshops, gather requirements and prepare process and management documentation.
• Build reports, dashboards and metrics for technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Configure and enhance VM platforms (Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, CrowdStrike, ServiceNow) incl. integrations.
• Monitor threats and coordinate responses; lead project workstreams and mentor junior staff.
