Job summary

Jit in Poland is seeking a Project Manager to join a strategic transformation programme focusing on Azure-based environments, security governance and compliance. You will lead IT, Security, Cloud and Business initiatives to deliver value end-to-end.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and experience with Agile and Waterfall methods, with a PMI certification preferred. Hybrid work across major Polish offices enables a balanced approach to collaboration and delivery.

Qualifications

• PMI certification preferred
• Proven IT project management experience
• Experience delivering projects with Agile and Waterfall
• Experience in IT transformation and integration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains incl IAM, network security, DLP, Azure

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and integration projects in Azure Cloud and Cybersecurity domains
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders
• Deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Cloud and Business areas
• Ensure cybersecurity standards and governance compliance
• Provide project reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication
