Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking proactive outbound sales specialists to join our global outreach team. This remote-friendly role offers a full-time position with a performance-based compensation model, including a $100 USD monthly base retainer and uncapped commissions, plus KPI-driven bonuses.

You will source leads, conduct high-volume calls, qualify prospects, log activities in Zoho CRM, and share personalized registration links via messaging platforms to drive engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ months in outbound call centers, cold calling, or telemarketing.
• Experience in Crypto, Forex, Finance, Trading, or info-business is a plus.
• Fluent English required; additional languages encouraged.
• Lead sourcing from social networks and online networks.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and a reliable remote work setup.
• Self-motivated, agile, resilient, and good at building networks.

Responsibilities

• Outbound sourcing from open sources and lead databases.
• High-volume outbound calling campaigns (~50 targeted dials/day part-time / 80-120 dials/day full-time).
• Lead qualification and booking meetings/registrations.
• Log interactions in Zoho CRM daily.
• Send personalized registration links via WhatsApp or messaging apps.
• Meet KPI targets, including 300 valid 1-minute conversations per month.
