Absorb Software is seeking a Manager, Content & Search Marketing to lead a team of content marketers, copywriters, and SEO specialists. You’ll own the journey from first search click to sales-ready engagement, driving visibility, demand, and measurable business impact.

In this remote-first role, you’ll define voice and editorial standards, oversee campaigns across channels, and measure performance with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in content and search marketing with leadership experience.
• Strong storytelling and editorial skills aligned to audience needs.
• Deep understanding of how Google and LLMs find, evaluate, and cite sources.
• Data-driven with ability to set priorities, messaging, and measure results.

Responsibilities

• Own search strategy and execution across SEO and AI answer engines.
• Lead AI workflows to research, produce, and measure content at scale.
• Define voice, tone, and editorial standards unique to Absorb.
• Own content across the journey: awareness to conversion, landing pages, and product content.
• Audit existing content, refresh high-potential pages, retire underperformers.
• Measure visibility and use data to focus and improve outcomes.
• Oversee content distribution across web, social, paid, and external platforms.
• Stay current on search and AI changes and cite reliable sources.
