Job summary

Incogni is building a global content team and seeks a leader to guide writers, shape workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality output that drives business growth. You will partner with product, performance, UX, and lifecycle teams, applying data-informed decision making and strong editorial judgment.

You will mentor staff, manage capacity, and promote a culture of ownership, curiosity about cybersecurity, and continuous improvement across our privacy-focused platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a content, copywriting, or editorial team.
• Strong people-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Sharp organizational, prioritization, and planning instincts.
• A results-oriented, data-informed way of thinking.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• High ownership and a habit of solving problems before you're asked to.
• Genuine curiosity about cybersecurity, privacy, and digital products.
• Know your way around digital marketing, especially SEO.
• Have worked with product, performance, UX, or lifecycle content.
• Have improved or scaled how a content team operates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of writers - setting clear goals, expectations, and real ownership.
• Build workflows that actually work, sharpen planning, and help the team run without you hovering.
• Make sure content ships on time, at a quality bar you're proud of, and moves the business forward.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize requests and keep the backlog honest and realistic.
• Grow your people through regular feedback, coaching, and clear paths to level up.
• Keep an eye on team performance and get ahead of capacity, process, or delivery issues before they become problems.
