Job summary

Hustler-Marketing is hiring a Commission-Based Appointment Setter. You will generate qualified leads by reaching out to agency owners, eCommerce founders, and marketing leaders across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.

You will start conversations, book discovery calls, and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team. We provide ICPs, scripts, and comprehensive training to succeed.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written communication required.
• Commission-based role with remote work and targets.
• Experience in outreach to agency owners, eCommerce leaders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to ideal prospects via LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other channels.
• Use provided scripts and adapt to sound natural and authentic.
• Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team and handover leads.
• Track outreach activity and report on leads, conversations, and calls booked.
• Follow up with interested prospects and share insights with the team.
