Job summary

Full Circle CX is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. The role is commission-only and part‑time, with performance incentives and the potential to grow into a full-time sales position. You will conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to qualify leads and set appointments.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong communication, persuasion, and rapport-building skills, capable of working independently. CRM proficiency is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to persuade, handle objections and build rapport quickly.
• Independent working style with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer/CRM proficiency (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments; assist discovery calls.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts and appointments in CRM.
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and executive team to support closing.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment targets.
