Hustler Marketing is seeking a Commission-Based Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads by reaching agency owners, eCommerce founders, and marketing leaders on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels. The role is fully remote and commission-based, ideal for a results-driven communicator.

You will start conversations, book discovery calls, and hand off to our sales team. We provide ICP, proven outreach scripts, and training.

Qualifications

• Confident, friendly and natural communicator.
• Fluent written English with excellent grammar.
• Motivated by targets and commissions.
• Familiar with outreach platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Self-motivated and reliable working independently.
• Curious to learn about recruiting and digital marketing.
• Professional tone with high-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to ideal prospects across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using personal accounts.
• Use pre-written scripts and adjust them to sound natural and authentic.
• Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team with decision-makers.
• Track outreach activity and report on leads and calls booked.
• Follow up with interested prospects who haven't booked yet.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights on performance and improvements.
