Job summary

People More is seeking a CMS & Digital Enablement Specialist to support B2B customers, explain features, and publish content using the CMS. This role blends user support with content management in a fully remote-friendly setup.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help onboarding, prepare guides, and contribute to customer experience improvements while communicating in English and Polish. There is an office in Krakow, but remote work is fully acceptable, and you will have

Qualifications

Practical experience with content management systems (CMS).
Experience supporting business customers or users of digital platforms.
English and Polish proficiency for confident spoken and written communication.
Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills, independence, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to learn new tools and features quickly.

Responsibilities

Support B2B customers in using the platform and its features.
Respond to user inquiries and explain how to use the system.
Help new users get started with the platform.
Publish, update, and organize content within the CMS.
Prepare user guides, support materials, and FAQs.
Analyze support requests, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve the platform.
Gather user feedback and suggest improvements to usability and the customer experience.
