Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with content management or DXP experience to join our Delivery team. You will document business needs, create user stories, and collaborate with clients and engineers to ensure solutions meet expectations.

You will run workshops, map business processes, and help design architectures for CMS/DXP projects (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco). A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BA on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience of managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on BA on web content management (CMS) or DXP projects (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco or similar).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial/publishing workflows, or content migrations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability.
• Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum/delivery team through to go live.
• Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work and plans with PMs.
• Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of a new system as required.
• Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
• Keep up to date with technical and industry advances.
• Maintain great client relationships at all levels.
