People More is seeking a CMS & Digital Enablement Specialist to support B2B customers and help users get the most from our platform. You will publish and organize content in the CMS, prepare user guides, and collaborate with business and technical teams.

This role offers an international, remote-friendly environment, with Polish and English fluency required, strong organizational skills, and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.

Qualifications

• CMS experience with content management and publishing tasks.
• Experience supporting business customers or users of digital platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B customers using the platform and its features.
• Respond to user inquiries and explain how to use the system.
• Help new users get started with the platform.
• Publish, update, and organize content within the CMS.
• Prepare user guides, support materials, and FAQs.
• Analyze support requests, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex cases.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve the platform.
• Gather user feedback and suggest usability improvements.
