Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global CRO, is seeking a Clinical Trials Associate for a remote role open to Poland, UK, Serbia and Spain. You will support clinical project teams with administrative and document-management tasks, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and CRAs, maintain trial documentation, manage system access, and prepare meeting minutes, with emphasis on quality, organization, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track system access for project team members and managers.
• Maintain project portals and perform quality checks on document revisions.
• Support preparation and shipment of trial documentation, including Investigator Site Files.
• Maintain version control and quality of project documentation and submissions to the Trial Master File.
• Track and manage site details, training, and meeting minutes for sponsors and internal teams.
• Coordinate and track distribution of project-specific training to team members.
• Provide additional administrative and project support as assigned.
