Job summary

Axcellant, a boutique CRO, invites a Clinical Research Associate to join our Poland-based field team. You will monitor clinical trials, ensure patient safety, data integrity, and protocol compliance across the study lifecycle, including IMP and medical device studies.

The role requires at least 3 years of local monitoring experience in Poland, fluency in Polish and English, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of local monitoring experience in Poland as a CRA.
• Experience with IMP and medical device studies.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and site management.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monitoring visits (qualification, initiation, routine, close-out) in Poland.
• Review source data and ensure data quality, completeness and accuracy.
• Support site activation and ongoing performance management.
• Collaborate with project teams and sponsors.
• Ensure regulatory and essential documents are inspection-ready.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions.
