Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks a Project Support Specialist for a fully home-based role across eligible locations. You will support cross-functional study management, maintain timelines, coordinate meetings, and manage CTMS data and training records.

The role requires a 4-year degree and at least 2 years in clinical trial support, with strong MS Office, communication, and organizational skills. Travel and remote collaboration with sponsors and sites are possible.

Qualifications

4-year college degree, or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist or similar position.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain the project timeline in MS Project or similar system.
Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare and circulate agendas, and document minutes.
Maintain CTMS data including milestone dates and enrolment projections; submit helpdesk tickets as needed.
Prepare, assign, and document study-specific training; manage training records and identify gaps.
Establish a study-level SharePoint site and manage access for team, sponsors and others.
Create project-specific email boxes and manage study team access.
Review and manage user access to study systems and periodic access reviews.
Order study supplies and prepare study binders with shipping to locations.
Maintain study trackers and support PM/CTM with reports and updates.
Communicate with study sites, investigators and sponsors as directed.
