Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Project Support Specialist to join the project team and provide cross-functional support to efficiently manage studies. The role supports timelines, meeting coordination, CTMS maintenance, and training record upkeep, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration.

The position offers fully home-based work in Poland and other listed locales, with a typical emphasis on English communication and adherence to ICH-GCP standards.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist or similar position
• Fluency in the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong written/verbal English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains the project timeline in MS Project or similar system.
• Schedules internal and external meetings, prepares agendas, takes minutes and files them in the Trial Master File.
• Maintains CTMS data, updates milestones, and supports training records and access control.
• Supports study reports and updates such as initiation, activation, and recruitment.
